Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, the customer must:
1. Send an email to doogo@palipaligh.com
2. Use the subject line: Order Cancellation Request #order_number
3. Include the following details in the email:
o Full name
o Order number
o Reason for cancellation (optional)
Once the request is received, our team will review the order status and confirm whether the cancellation is successful.
Note: Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
• The order was cancelled before shipment
• The customer received a damaged or defective item
• The customer received the wrong item
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To request a refund, customers must:

3. Include the following information:
o Full name
o Order number
o Reason for refund
o Clear photos or evidence (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Method & Timeline
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.

Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Orders that have already been delivered and are not defective
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Late refund requests submitted outside the stated timeframe
