All orders placed on Palipali are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.Customers will receive an order confirmation once processing begins.
Delivery Locations
Palipali currently delivers to selected locations within Ghana. Delivery availability and fees are displayed during checkout.Customers will receive an order confirmation once processing begins.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Greater Accra & nearby areas: 1–3 business days
Other regions within Ghana: 2–5 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
(i) Delivery location
(ii )Size and weight of the order
The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a notification via email or phone with delivery details. For enquiries about delivery status, customers may contact us via email.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to respond to delivery attempts, Palipali may contact the customer to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged or with missing items, customers must notify Palipali within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Order Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, delivery details cannot be changed, and orders cannot be cancelled.
