We provide sourcing, procurement, décor consultation, interior finishing, installation, and related services through our website and other official channels (collectively, the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our Platform and services, including the purchase of products and engagement of services.
By using our Platform or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. If you use our services on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity, and references to “you” shall include both you and the entity.

Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Where account registration is required, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential.
You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where these Terms are breached or where required by law.

Nature of Our Services
Pali Pali Group operates a procurement led business model, not a dropshipping marketplace.
We may:
Sell items held in stock;
Source products locally or internationally upon customer request; and
Provide consultation, styling, installation, and interior finishing services.
A binding contract is formed once a customer confirms an order and payment (in full or part, as agreed) is received.
Product descriptions, pricing, and timelines will be communicated prior to confirmation and form part of the contract.

Pricing and Payments
All prices are stated in Ghana Cedis unless otherwise indicated and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms (full or partial) will be communicated before procurement or service execution begins.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

Delivery and Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are:
In stock items: 1–5 working days
Locally sourced items: 2–5 working days
Internationally sourced items: 10–21 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability, customs clearance, or logistics delays.
Customers are required to inspect items upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Custom ordered or specially procured items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once sourcing has commenced.

Customer Content and Communications
Any feedback, reviews, images, or other content you share with us must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
You grant Pali Pali Group a non exclusive, royalty free right to use such content for operational and marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property
All content on our Platform, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Pali Pali Group.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pali Pali Group shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control;
Loss of profits or business opportunities.
Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Pali Pali Ventures harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirement.

Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our Platform and take effect from the date of publication.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
